Negative aspects of in-patient psychiatric care might be involved in causing some suicides

There could be certain nosocomial suicides that arise due to poor treatment and management of in-patient psychiatric care. Trauma, stigma, loss of social support, features of the psychiatric wards that might be aversive etc.
