p-value

A p-value is a concept in Statistics that indicates the probability that the null hypothesis is false, given the current findings.
It depends on a multitude of things:
- Sample size
- Reliability and Sensitivity of the measures used
- Quality of the design and analyses
- Quality of the research in general
